Add Parent Empty to Selected Bone/s with 'Child Of' Constraint - at 3D Cursor
"Pose Keyframe" (for any rig ):
if you have already created a great Animation Pose and realized that "Auto Keyframe" is off,
but don't want to insert unnecessary Keyframes - just hit "Pose Keyframe" button ( "Select / Key / Reset" Panel)
"Pose Keyframe" will insert and mirror keyframe(s) only if Bone(Control) Location, Rotation, or Scale value differs from the "Rest Pose"
There is no need for selection ( Selection will be ignored )

Mirror Tools :

and create '3-Pose' Cycle according to the Timeline Length.
If Selected - '3-Pose' Cycle - Only for Selected.
Infinite Cycle ( like Pre / Post Infinity ) - CYCLES Modifier TO SELECTED -
( LOCATION / ROTATION / SCALE )
Alt + Click to Remove.
